Surface conditions look a little funky right now with strong southerly winds, but there are quite a few places that will be protected by those especially in the San Diego county area. Great reports yesterday of 20-30' viz, with the cloud cover and wind today probably won't be that good but it'll be close!

Getting reports that the cove is nice and clear but the shores are pretty murky and have lots of surge. Best bet is to go out with low expectations and take a look at the water before you hop in...it might be worth it!

Medium sized waves in the water creating some surge, and visibility is staying in the low numbers. Reports that the Marine Room had some clear pockets but everything else in La Jolla was really murky yesterday
