Yesterday's line dive at La Jolla was surprisingly clear, 15-25 feet even with the previous rain and the wind chop. Expect today to be in the same region, with some mild surge

Wind is causing some surface texture and runoff from yesterday's rain will add to the clutter. Great reports in from yesterday at the kelp beds so we might get surprised again today...tag our Instagram @diveviz with your report to let us know!

Water might be more clear today, but with the rain we are going to get clutter from runoff as well as whatever gunk comes with it. It's recommended to stay out of the water for 72 hours after it rains

Get out there! Lots of reports in the 20-30' range yesterday and today will be right up there as well! Watch out for the strong outgoing tide, but don't let that discourage you too much...rain is coming tomorrow, so get it while it's clear!

Another day of clear water out there! Very slight swell in the water so that won't be an issue, but the outgoing tide throughout mid/late morning will clutter things up a bit. Still worth getting out there!
