Thursday's San Diego Dive Report

Surface viz opened up to a whopping 4', and considering that's a 400% increase from yesterday I was ecstatic. Never thought I'd say that about 4' viz. At 40' it opened up again and looked clear, but very dark. At least things are getting better!
